A comprehensive 5 day Train the Trainers course in line with National Back Exchange guidelines for staff giving them the skills and knowledge to be able to manage moving and handling risk reduction strategies, writing risk assessments and care plans within their organisation with tailored course content to meet attendees’ needs.

This Train the Trainer course will include knowledge and skills to enable participants to write moving and handling risk assessments and care plans, problem-solve for clients with more complex moving and handling issues, create and deliver moving and handling training to support and supervise staff with a high proportion of practical sessions.

The course is led by industry leading experts. Simon is a Physio and Julia is a Registered Nurse, both with hands on experience within the industry and are Advanced Members of National Back Exchange.
